Coach-Sexologist
A relationship coach, family coach, and development coach is a professional who helps clients and couples improve their family and intimate life or solve relationship problems, find a way out of a difficult situation, and achieve a desired goal through coaching techniques and tools. The coach, together with the client or couple, forms a goal, and then the professional guides the client or couple in moving towards this goal.
A sexologist is a specialist in the field of diagnostics and treatment of sexual disorders and correction of sexual behavior. Sexual complexes and clamps, age-related changes, increased or decreased sexual function, dissatisfaction and frigidity, anorgasmia and vaginismus are all imbalances that can be eliminated today with the help of a sexologist. The best sexologists are specialists who have a degree in psychology, because in the work of a sexologist, methods and techniques of psychotherapy and psychology are indispensable.
A relationship coach (family coach or coach-sexologist) is a specialist who helps a client improve their intimate life or solve problems in relationships using coaching techniques and tools. A sexology coach together with the client forms a goal, and then the specialist guides the client in moving towards this goal.
If your problem requires in-depth study and psychotherapy, you definitely need to go to a sexologist. If the problem does not have a "tail from the past" that needs to be worked out, you understand the present and are ready to move towards the goal, you want a quick result - you can contact a relationship, family and development coach or coach-sexologist.
A sex coach - according to Dr. Patti Britton, author of the book "The Art of Sex Coaching" - is a guide who helps clients achieve what thay want in their sexual life. In the classical sense, a sex coach works with the client's new sexual practices, imfitness, wumbilding, oral sex techniques, etc. Depending on the request, working with a sex coach may include practical offline classes.

The first coaching session or diagnostic session is conducted to define goals and understand whether the client is ready to move on, whether coaching sessions and the use of coaching tools and techniques will be useful to him.
During the diagnostic session, we get to know each other, discuss rules and ethical norms, the coach briefly talks about coaching. Together with the client, a vision is determined, the current situation is discussed, a plan of action is considered, and obstacles are discussed.
Based on the results of the diagnostic session, the client decides whether he (she) is ready to work further.
A diagnostic session will be useful for those who:
Duration of the diagnostic session: 20 min.
After the diagnostic session and the definition of the rules and movement of further cooperation, the client, together with coach, works through his/her requests.
Each session is held in a safe and trusting atmosphere.
Conducting full-fledged coaching sessions and the work of the coach-sexologist with the client is better to start after diagnostic session is completed.
Also, before starting cooperation, it is usefull to pass the "Readiness for Coaching" test.
The client must be open with the coach-sexologist and realize that all responsibility for the results in his/her life lies with him/her.
Each coaching session involves achieving a certain result, which is determined by the client at the beginning of the session.
The number of coaching sessions depends on the client's request, the dynamics of the movement, readiness and desire for changes, and the implementation of planned actions in life.
Session duration: 50 min.
After a diagnostic session and determining the rules and direction of further cooperation, the client can choose the "Package" service.
The "Package" service is 300 minutes of joint work (approximately 6 consultations), but the time of each consultation and their number may vary depending on the circumstances and needs of the client.
The advantage of the "Package" is the ability to work through requests much more deeply, to look at all issues in detail from different angles.
Also, when purchasing this service, the client has the opportunity to receive online support from a coach (on working days and hours, if the coach has the ability to respond promptly).
The advantage of the "Package" service is the client's awareness of working on their goals, his (her) sincere desire to find a solution to their issue.
"Package" is structured and deep work.
Total duration of sessions: 300 min.
